Bori Safari Lodge

It’s location on the less frequented side of the Satpura National Park away from touristy hotels is what gives the Bori Safari Lodge its exclusivity. The rarity of the location can be seen in the sheer rawness of the unexplored forest with a strategic advantage of big-game sightings, particularly leopard, tiger, sloth bear and wild dog.
The conservation and wildlife focussed Bori Safari Lodge offers 8 luxurious elevated cottages that house two bedrooms, contemporary en-suite bathrooms and private viewing outdoor decks. The interiors are minimalist featuring muted tones, artful décor, and rattan furnishings that complement the raw nature around. Other facilities include an infinity plunge pool, a spa, indoor and outdoor dining and a library.

Birdwatching tours are extremely rewarding and a great place to see classic Central Indian birds like the crested hawk eagle, Malabar pied hornbill, sirkeer malkoha, different species of owls and more. There are opportunities to explore the area by jeep as well as on foot, on bicycle and at night. At night, the magic of the Satpura jungles comes alive, where predators roam and the darkness of the night reverberates with animal calls and jungle rustles.
