Rohet Garh

A jewel of Rajasthan’s heritage, Rohet Garh is a lovingly restored ancestral home that has been transformed into one of India’s finest heritage hotels. Since opening its doors in 1990, the property has been nurtured with devotion by the Rohet family, preserving its original character while infusing it with warmth, comfort, and understated luxury. No new structures have been added – instead, every historic edifice has been thoughtfully restored and reimagined, creating a timeless sanctuary where the past and present coexist in perfect harmony.

Set on the tranquil banks of a lake and embraced by the beauty of rural Rajasthan, Rohet Garh is a haven of serenity. Lush lawns and manicured gardens welcome flocks of vibrant birds and graceful peacocks, filling the air with birdsong and quiet joy. The elegant pool, framed by four charming pavilions, invites you to unwind – and as dusk falls, evenings come alive with folk melodies and candlelit dinners by the water’s edge.

Inside, beautifully appointed lounges, serene verandas, and terraces overlooking the lake offer the perfect setting for reflection and repose. Each of the 32 exquisite guest rooms is individually designed, blending traditional aesthetics with modern comfort to create an ambiance of refined grace.

Pioneers of the celebrated Village Safari, the property offers a host of immersive activities, from equestrian adventures and culinary workshops to authentic encounters with local life – each designed to reveal the true spirit of Rajasthan.
