Meet – Sanjay

Sanjay is the Executive Director of Window To Luxury. He started his career as an Account Manager with India Tourism in the UK. In 2015, after considerable contemplation, and extensive research and planning, he decided to start his own representation company and quit his job to launch Window to Luxury. With nearly two decades of experience in the UK trade and media, Sanjay has an extremely nuanced understanding of the UK outbound market and a broad base of industry contacts across tour operators, travel agents, airlines, and travel trade media. With his keen insight and immense knowledge of travel demand and tourism trends along with access to research and reports, he helps hotel brands build realistic strategies and drive maximum business. He has been a regular exhibitor/attendee at key trade shows in the UK such as WTM, ITB, Holiday and Travels Shows, Destinations (London & Manchester), The Adventure Travel, The Conde Nast Luxury Travel Show, and the likes.

Deepa Guruprasad

Meet – Deepa Guruprasad

Deepa Guruprasad has been helping businesses in the luxury hospitality and niche travel space to plan and implement content strategies for over 15 years. Her experience and capabilities span across integrated digital communications, corporate communications, brand marketing, social media marketing, and PR. As Window To Luxury’s Content Strategist, Deepa works with our clients to tell their stories helping them market their brands, expand reach, and enhance visibility. When she is not crafting compelling content, she’s usually researching under-the-radar destinations for her next trip, hiking, or embarking on delightful baking adventures.

Emily McMillan

Sales Coordinator

Meet – Emily McMillan

Before joining Window To Luxury, Emily spent over 10 years working for tour operators in London. She has worked as a product manager for the Indian Subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and the Far East, as well as spent a number of years traveling the UK building relationships with retail agents, delivering product training, and attending trade shows and events. Emily has joined Window to Luxury as a Sales Coordinator.

Our Services
Representation

We act as the client’s local office and sales & marketing team in the UK with a dedicated phone line and email address to recognise the clients’ presence in the UK and promote on their behalf. We offer representation at trade and consumer road shows, exhibitions, and seminars as well as attendance at industry meets, press meets and events.

Event management

We have extensive experience in planning and executing customised and effective events of varied sizes and attendance. The events, targeted at trade and media audiences across the UK range from product/experience launches to media breakfasts and agent training/workshops to sales blitz. Window To Luxury also hosts an annual networking event, Inspirations, which brings together properties in the Indian subcontinent and key players from the travel trade in the UK and Europe.

Training

Thanks to our long-standing relationship with tour operators and agents in the UK, we conduct regular in-person and online training sessions to familiarise and educate front-line agents and product managers on our client’s products.

We also curate a team of product managers and plan regular FAM trips to educate the travel trade about your product and its key selling points as well as the region around.

Public Relations

Our well-established media relations with the UK press help us achieve excellent visibility for our client’s products to relevant trade media. We work closely with our clients with regards to PR planning, media budgeting, media buying audits and help craft effective content and pitch stories to key media contacts for coverage in print as well as online.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

We share credible news, inspiring travel stories, and valuable updates through our Newsletter and web content. We continuously boost traffic and sales to our portfolio via our website.
Our multichannel social media presence features engaging content and draws audiences from the travel trade across the UK and globally.

As a conscious company that strives to reduce our environmental footprint, we try and minimise the use of printed collaterals whenever and wherever we can. We produce and distribute digital brochures, factsheets, and e-documents to the travel trade to encourage sustainable habits.
